Richard Twomey appointed new CEO
Richard Twomey to succeed Pierre Guyot
Mölnlycke Health Care today announces that Richard Twomey has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Richard will join the Company on 1 February 2014 and assumes the role of CEO on 1 April 2014. Richard succeeds Pierre Guyot, who has led Mölnlycke Health Care since 2007. Pierre will remain with the Company until Richard assumes his new role, in order to ensure a smooth transitional period.

A Welsh national, Richard Twomey is currently International Vice President of the California-based orthodontics company Align Technology and previously held a number of senior positions within divisions of Johnson & Johnson and as President of DePuy, International Ltd.
