Tod Brindle, MSN, RN, ET, CWOCN is a wound and ostomy consultant for the VCU Medical Center Wound Care Team. Tod lectures nationally and internationally in his specialty area of complex abdominal wound and fistula management as well as pressure ulcer prevention in high risk populations.
Tod is well published in pressure ulcer prevention in high risk populations, system wide pressure ulcer prevention, as well as complex wound and fistula management. He works on a dynamic 8 member Wound and Ostomy Team at VCU and specifically provides physician and nursing consultation for the Surgical Trauma ICU, Cardiothoracic ICU and the Evans-Haynes Burn Center.
